Vancouver Airport Marriott

Hello,

 

Have a very nice rate from Priceline at the Vancouver Airport Marriott. Any ideas on restaurants near by, or comments about this hotel? Are there any rapid transit possibilities to downtown Vancouver other than busses?

Rapid transit(Skytrain) is two blocks away. It will take you downtown. If your cruise leaves from Canada Place it stops right there. There is also a major shopping centre with 2 Deparment Stores across the street from the hotel. There are lots of Chinese restaurants in the area. Its a very safe area. I live in that area. Vancouver Airport Marriott is located city centre Richmond. There are lots of hotels with restaurants that are good. There are 2 chain restaurants (White Spot and Milestones) That are good for breakfast and casual dining. There are many high end chinise restaurants within walking distance.

Can a Vancouver person please advise on alternatives to go from the Vancouver Airport Marriott to Canada Place? We'll have three persons and three pieces of luggage.
