Guido's Tour in Florence area

Recently returned from a 12 day Cruise of the Mediterranean on the Ruby Princess. In Florence, our group of 3 joined another group of 5 for Guido's tour of the Chianti wine area. It was one of the most enjoyable days of our 17 day trip. After a visit to the San Gimignano area, we visited the Casa Emma winery. Excellent wine tasting and a very informative tour of the winery.

We then had one of the best meals of our trip with a lunch and more wine at Machiavelli’s.

We finished with another wine tasting at Pietro Beconcini.'s winery. It was a very fulfilling day in all aspects.

Although we never were pressured in making any purchases, we all purchased great olive oil and wine. I purchased a case and had it shipped directly to my home. Guido's advice was high value.

A very knowledgeable and professional Sommelier.
