what kind of luggage?

Hi all!

 

Just short question - we are travelling next week to CruiseTour to Alaska and just can not decide, what kind of luggage to take: suitcase or backpack; I am travelling a lot, have cruised several times, but have never been in such doubt :)

So, have do they take care about luggage during Tour? Thanks in advance for your reply;

We did the alaska cruise tour twice. it was great.

 

Take whatever you want. they will take care of all your luggage for you. you will not need to move any of it yourself...except for your backpack/purse that you want to keep with you all day.

 

But it will help if you put your 'cruise' stuff in one suitcase and your 'cruise tour' stuff in the other. They will put all the luggage in a bus for transporting, and will give you different tags to put on them. One tag for your cruise suitcase(s) and anther for the tour ones. That way, you will only have the one you need placed in your hotel room each night. the others are accessable, in case you need something, but will remain in the bus.

 

When you arrive each day, you will be given the key to your hotel room while pulling up to the hotel, and your luggage will be brought to your room. the next morning it will be taken from your room and placed back in the bus.

Most important put 2 tags on all things
