Beer on Tortola

Hello, my wife and I will be visiting the island, and I was wondering, if there was any local brewed beer, that I could try. I always like to sample the local beers. Thank you, John

If you get over to Jost Van Dyke go to Foxy's and they have their own brew. Other than that, no local beer. I would guess the two or three most popular are Red Stripe (Jamaica) Presidente (Dominican Republic) and Carib (Trinidad). Heineken is also pretty popular. All can be found right here in the USA.

 

Several years ago there were plans afoot for a local brewery on Tortola but alas, they fell thru.
