Anyone know if there is any supermarket around Piazzale Roma i Venice?

It's the building labeled "Coop," and the locals don't pronounce it co-op like we do. They say cop. Asking for directions to the co-op will probably result in a blank stare :D

I don't remember what the sign says, probably just "COOP", but the full name is Coop Adriatica. It's open from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM and does not close in the afternoon, but it is closed on Sundays.

 

You can see exactly where it's located in Piazzale Roma on their web site here: http://www.adriatica.e-coop.it/StoreLocator/.

 

First, in the box under the words "Cerca la Coop più vicina", enter this: Venezia, Piazzale Roma and then click on "cerca".

 

After the map loads, use the "+" key to zero in on the location.
