would like info on Costa Magica for December 2010

My husband and I are looking at the Magica leaving Italy Dec 16, 2010. Has anyone done this cruise during this time? If so, how difficult is it to get from Rome Airport to the ship? Should we worry about the weather holding us up? How about the return trip with the boat docking at 8 am and trying to get to the airport for an 11:20 am return flight? How was the weather? The ports of call? The onboard activities? The staff and service? The food? Okay, what can you tell me about this cruise? We did the Western Med. on NCL last January and loved it. We want to go on another cruise over Christmas break. Any info would be appreciated.
