ES Claim Form Help

The Genie tells me that my fare for the 8 July sailing of the Inspiration has gone down. Went to the Carnival web site, and sure enough. Now I'm trying to fill out the ES claim form, but when I hit "submit" I get an error message telling me to put in my phone number, which is already entered. Any ideas???

Enter your Phone Number without any dashes or slashes. Run it all together. Same thing happened to me. It should work then:)

I end up making that error every time... lol Guess I am just so excited that I actually get a price drop!

Took me forever to figure out the dash thingy with the phone number...LOL...

I also had another price drop and submitted my form....last time it only took from a Saturday until Monday for it to be approved, but this time I put in the form on Monday and still haven't gotten any reply on approval....any idea why so long?:confused:
