I have my first Celebrity cruise booked for next January, but I've been on 5 RCL cruises so I'm platinum level on RCL and after a phone call today became select level on Celebrity.

 

I discovered there is a saving certificate on our January cruise, but the fine print says it's for new bookings only. Is that true???? On RCL they honor them for cruises that are already booked.
