I filled in, and submitted, all the info, weeks ago, and have not been able to sign in, nor get a reply from e-mails I have sent them. When I was trying to book a cruise, I requested a call....no call. I was able to get them on the phone. They did transfer me to the MSC line....where I got a message.....I left 2 messages...again, weeks ago....no response!! I did sail the Orchestra in Apr 09, (which I enjoyed), and have booked a B2B for this year. Anyone else had this experience???
