I used rome cabs four times and they were there everytime. We used them from the airport to the hotel in rome . From the hotel in rome to the port and from the port back to the airport. We also used them when we were in rome to book a private tour to tuscany. Every driver was very professional. Any questions feel free to ask me

I used them once before with no problem, but someone just posted on their trip report that they never showed up at Civitavecchia as reserved when they were disembarking the Equinox.

Last year RomeCabs was waiting for me at the pier an hour early and in a driving rain storm. One thing to consider. I always contact and re-confirm with my drivers a day or two before the pickup. I either call them or send an e-mail as I did to RomeCabs.
