I was wondering, since the Cirque show is dinner and a show - Is this considered an entertainment reservation or a dinner reservation? Makes a difference whether you can book 45 days in advance or 90.

It's definitely entertainment. I've booked all my dinner reservations and it did not show up on the 90 days out. So, I have to wait to book it 45 days out.
