Can'tstopcruising Posted July 19, 2010 #1 Share Posted July 19, 2010 Hopefully, those of you who have sailed the Mediterranean during the second half of October will respond. Will it be warm enough for swimming?

Ine Posted July 19, 2010 #5 Share Posted July 19, 2010 http://www.wunderground.com gives you all weatherdetails from the past. I was in Athens end of October a few years ago and it was warm and sunny. We used the outside hotelpool without problems.

We had 2 days of rain on our 12 day cruise and we had lots of sunshine on the rest of the cruise. We laid in the sun quite a few days, but it was not hot enough to make us want to get into the water on the ship or land. We do not like to swim in cold water, but some people do, so it may depend on you. I hope this makes sense and helps you.
