5 night Glory cruise attire - How dressy?

Carnival's dress standards have been lowered significantly.

 

One simple example to give you an idea. Men on elegant night... no jacket or even tie is required. How "elegant" are men without even a tie?

 

We were on Glory in June and it was quite casual.

We just sailed the Glory and returned on the 17th of July. The "formal" night was a mix of some who dressed in thier best and some who did not. I think you would be comfortable in either. I wish some folks would have looked in a mirror before stepping into the dining room, one guy even wore a baseball hat... REALLY?!?!?
