New UK website

Hello all, not sure if anyone has posted this, but the UK website seems to be up i the last week. It was a holding page when I last checked. They've updated quite a bit of the missing info elsewhere i.e. gratuities, bottled water, comp wine etc.

Big bit of info!! Absolutely no info on refund policy!! I have booked through a UK agent and I have to cancel but who knows what the penalty is...some say non ref but I have not seen this on the website!!!!!

Hi you will loose your deposit,this is the norm in the UK espically thro an agent

Cindi, download the 2011-12 brochure from the site.

 

To quote..."Please be advised that the minimum cancellation

charge will always be the loss of deposit".

 

Not sure if you booked before the publication of these T&Cs. If you have you may have a case, unless of course the prevailing T&Cs at the time said the same.

Unfortunately you would only get your deposit back if you were able to claim via your travel insurance policy

The loss of deposit on cancellation was always a condition of Azamara T and Cs
