It was a holding page when I last checked. I have booked through a UK agent and I have to cancel but who knows what the penalty is...some say non ref but I have not seen this on the website!!!!! Cindi, download the 2011-12 brochure from the site. To quote..."Please be advised that the minimum cancellation charge will always be the loss of deposit". Not sure if you booked before the publication of these T&Cs. If you have you may have a case, unless of course the prevailing T&Cs at the time said the same.
