HELP What does this message mean on my reservation????

I went on the Celebrity site to get my reservation number and I could not bring it up. We are sailing in November on the Soltice. We have had our cruise booked since May. I was actually looking at Choice Air (I just saw it mentioned on one of the boards) and needed the reservation number to view air prices through Celebrity. Does anyone know what this is????

 

We are in AQ and have one of the larger balcony cabins. I switched cabins a couple of days ago, and I did check the Celebrity site to make sure it went thru.

Don't worry. This message is very common. If you or anyone else accesses the reservation and either closes it or goes out of it, it locks it for about 5-10 minutes with that message.

NOt to worry, what I have found is you get that message if you attempt to make a transaction on the site, it doesn't go through and you do it again almost immediately.
