recent Enchantment 9 day questions

Hi -

 

I am getting ready to embark on the Enchantment of the Seas this Thursday(!) and I have a couple of questions for any oe who has recently done this trip .....

 

1) Did they have a "smart casual" night where they suggested a sports coat? I'm driving, so I can bring an extra coat (beyond my tux), but I won't bother if I'll be the only one wearing one.

 

2) I see we are scheduled to leave Labadee at 4:00pm. Is every one expected to be on board at 3:30?
