Roatan in December, 50's and 20's, What to do?

We will be on the Voyager for December 12th departure from Galveston. Does anyone know what the weather will be like (rainy?). AND what can Mom and Dad do that's fun for our adult children. HATE the vendors on the beach but would like snorkeling or something that would be of interest to both groups. Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

Be realistic, how can you even ask if anyone knows what weather will be like on the one day a year you visit? Just know it is the rainy season and next to November, December gets the most rain in Roatan.

Tabyana Beach is nice but it gets pretty crowded. The reef is just a few yards from shore. There is ziplineing close by that looks like fun. My DW wouldn't do it on a bet, but I would crawl into an F16 if they would let me.

West End Village isn't as crowded but the snorkeling isn't as good. I haven't made it to West End Beach yet.

Upachaya Resort has a nice snorkel trip, but you need to book it way in advance. I tried to last year and they were booked 5 weeks out.
