Shuttle from Orlando Airport to Cocoa Beach

Any reliable companies to take us from Orlando Airport to Doubletree Hotel in ?Cocoa Beach, then from the Doubletree to the cruise ship?

 

Might have to contact two different companies unless one can do both. Any experience with any company. And, are these companies just at the airport and you catch a ride once you get your bags, or, do you call and make a reservation in advance for your transportation?

 

Is it better to shuttle on one of those mini buses, or have your own private car that picks you up?
