Quick Help Needed: Bus Transfer from Newark to Red Hook

My folks just arrived at Newark airport and are staying at a hotel nearby. They booked the Princess transfers to Red Hook, Brooklyn for the morning, but have absolutely no idea where the bus will be when they return to the airport.

 

Does anyone know the location of these buses and how they run (every hour, etc.) My folks are in their 70s and are very nervous about what to do. Apparently no one at the airport could help them this evening when they landed.

 

Any help would be deeply appreciated!!!

Usually, the Princess reps are near baggage claim. They should have signs identifying them as Princess

Yes they will be in baggage claim with signs and uniforms. :)

That's what I thought, but being from Jersey, I've never had to "fly" into Newark for a cruise, not to mention that place can be a bit overwhelming!! They called in a bit of a panic, but I think they'll be fine. I do appreciate the responses!!!!
