Princess web site problem

Hello everyone

 

Is anyone experiencing problems logging on to the Princess web site? I keep getting my log in rejected as 'e mail address not found' which is very strange as my e mail is the same as it has always been. Presumably just a glitch in the system, but just wondered if anyone else was having an issue. Thanks very much.

No problem here with the Princess Site. Logged in with no issue.

There have been problems for the last couple of weeks, but see "Announcements" at the top of the page. They have obviously tried to fix them.

About every 4-6 months someone retypes our email address into the system incorrectly. We have an underscore as part of our email address and it always confuses the issue.

 

We have to call the Princess 1-800 number during work hours during the week and get them to fix it.
