Difference between service menus and full suite RS menus

For those who have been on board the EPIC and have access to what would be the difference between room service menus and full suite room service menus please advise. Since there seems to be no table in certain suites (with suite amenities) is a full menu mean you can get a full dinner and use the bed or do they deliver a table with this. Thanks.:confused:

Yet to sail the Epic... But while on the Sun in an aft AC penthouse, the butler set up dinner on the coffee table. I ordered in for one and it worked fine. But I suppose the other coffee table(s) or the desk/bar area would have worked too. Would advise against the bed, due to possible motion.

Which suites have no tables? Other posts say that tables were supposed to be onboarded in Miami.
