Bridge from Venice Train to Piazzale Roma

Has any one used the Calatrava Bridge pulling a wheeled bag? If so how was it? The steps look quite small, but there is nothing better than experiance. Thank you in advance for your response.:)

I have a hip replacement and we are both in our late sixties. We had no problem pulling our 24" trolly cases and hand totes over many bridges throughout Venice.
