Opening 4 balconies on the Lido Deck

We are booked on the Truimph in a Lido balcony and the chart that I found shows that 2 cabins at a time connect...

I just looked at the chart for the Glory and it looks like it is the same story, 2 at a time so not sure a 3rd or 4th can be opened?

I agree with a previous poster that you do loose your privacy, it is fun for the 1st day or 2 but it seems like there is always that one person that wants to just pop over unannounced & if your drapes aren't drawn they can see right in:eek:

Make sure you will be happy opening the dividers. One cabin will loose part of their window space and then you loose all of your own privacy if you want to be alone on the balcony.

I dont think that all 4 will be able to open. Maybe two and two. If one of the dividers open to a balcony door --for safety that divider can not be opened.

the above photo is all dividers opened for cleaning.

Thanks for all the response, our group cruises together every year and we always open our cabins so we are used to each other and close blinds when we don't want bothered and open when we are free so it works well for us. We like to entertain together and not be with all the hustle and bustle all the time. We have coffee in the morning together and drinks at night and it is great to have balconies open.

We have not had a problem with 4 on any other cruise. But... we have never been on lido so my question was based on if there are any special rules just because it is the Lido deck.

Thanks if anyone knows just about the lido in general having special reasons you can't.

Yes, four cabins can have the dividers opened on the Lido deck. We had six cabins on the Lido Deck on the Glory last year and all six were opened and we all enjoyed having such a large balcony area to share.
