JACKHAWK Posted August 20, 2010 #1 Share Posted August 20, 2010 FYI - especially for those on Feb 1011 cruise Auckland - Syndey. We booked several excusions that had a charge for them. I always check my credit card charges & noticed that the charges were different than the online charge receipts showed. I called Regent & their computer showed us on different priced excursions than we had chosen even though while talking to them I was looking at our online account it showed our correct chosen excursions. So cruisers should check their charges and print out a copy of the excursions they have booked. Regent was very helpful & changed everything - the correct excursions & credited our credit card for the correct amounts. But they really didn't have a reason for the mix-up plus their excursion ID numbers were different than the online numbers. I know this sounds confusing, but I'll be glad to answer any questions.
