Check in time?

I am curious if anyone knows how early HAL opens check in at the pier.

 

We will be parking our car at my inlaws house in Redmond (about a 45 min drive). So, my husband will be bringing the kids, our luggage and myself down a little early, about 930, so he can drop us off and go back and park the car and get a ride back down from his dad. He won't be back until closer to 1130. I would like to get us checked in when he is there the first time so we don't have to wait until 1130. Do you think they will be open for check in at 930?

All i know about is San Diego. I think 9:30 would be to early. More likely 11:00 or 11:30

You will not be able to check in until around 11 AM in Seattle.

Thank you! I am a little confused though, since my boarding papers say they start letting people on at 1130, that's when the Lido opens, etc. Wouldn't we be able to check-in and get our boarding "group number" earlier than that?

Vancouver check-in is at 12:00.

I suggest you all go to your in-laws' house first, and have DH's dad drive all of you, in your car, down in time to arrive around 11:00. You probably won't be allowed into the building much before then.

I have never seen them let you in before 11:00 at any embarkation port. They do need a little time to clean the ship, remember the disembarking passengers are not all off until 9:30.
