Need help on deciding which ships

I need help with picking the best newer ships for the Eastern Caribbean, it doesn't matter which port, and for the Mexican Riviera leaving the Los Angeles or San Diego port. I am looking for April or May 2011.

 

There is 6 of us, 2 in their 80's but very young and active, 2 in their early 50's and 2 in their mid 40's. All 6 of us have sailed with Carnival previously. We want balcony cabins or suites. We are not heavy drinkers but do enjoy a few drinks, night time entertainment and casino. We prefer a ship not heavily designed for kids, love them but not on vacation.

If you're not into kids much you might have a bit of a challenge on your hands.I would suggest you try booking when they are back in school.Itineraries longer than 7 days might be best.
