Superior Oceanview with balcony or Junior Suite on Voyager of the Seas?

This is my first post! We are planning a western Caribbean cruise on RCI at the end of March. We are pretty new to cruising - dh and I did a Med cruise for our honeymoon in 93, we did a Disney Land and Sea 3 night cruise 2 years ago, and now this one. We were happy with the size of the Disney cabin, but I see the Voyager of the Seas has smaller cabins. We don't spend a lot of time in the cabin, but then again, we haven't taken a week long cruise with the kids before (they'll be 15 and 13). Is the superior oceanview big enough, or should we opt for the junior suite?

 

If you have any other advice, I'd be happy to hear it too!

Definitely a JS, if you can swing it....it's more the size of a hotel room. There's actually space for all 4 of you to stand and walk at the same time! And, the closet is huge!

just my opinion but I think you should look into getting a separate inside cabin across the hall for the kids. You will really be happy you did.

I agree about getting the kids an inside cabin across the hall. The extra bathroom will be well worth it.

If I am not mistaken, Cabin 1394 (Jr Suite, Aft) on The Voyager has a smaller connecting balcony room and with two teenaget will give you two bathrooms to consider.
