I want to snorkel & shop in Margot St. Martin, Need the perfect shore excursion

I love to shop the French side of St. Martin. And I want to snorkle while I am there. Has anyone taken the perfect shore excursion to do both. I am leaving on the Freedom on the 12th of September. I appreciate any information I can get.
