NY to Sydney, Canada - best weather???

If you were looking to see New England fall foliage, I would do the October 8 cruise; for any other reason, the New England weather can be beautiful in September and October weather the same but cooler with the chance of rain. JMHO

There is always a chance of a hurricane but that would not be a consideration when I booked. Make sure to buy travel insurance.

fall foliage aside - how will the weather be in June? i really want to see this itinerary but don't like cold weather cruises

i grew up with fall foliage before moving to CA - so i can miss the colors

my thought was it will not be too hot or too cold

anyone with experience, please share

We were in Sydney the end of September and it was starting to turn cold; very little color in the area also. But we had a great cruise!

Was there in September as well. Must admit that I didn't have the best time there -- not an awful lot to see or do, which is unfortunate given that we were on an unscheduled overnighter there!
