Room Service available on 1st night?

Dumb question as I've been on a handful of cruises, but on my X cruises this has never come up, hence I don't know.

On the 1st night, is room service available?

I've got folks on today's Bermuda cruise, but seems boarding won't be till 5:30pm and in case the SOLE option is a buffet zoo with all pax pouring in, I was hoping room service is a plan B. They are in a suite with butler.

Their butler will be able to accommodate them with whatever they wish to eat. Also, the MDR should be open, and is usually serving on an open seating arrangement. We have seen this practice when we have had delayed boarding on other cruises.
