Are children allowed in Blu?

We are looking for a quiet relaxing dinner. How often do children disrupt the atmosphere in Blu, if the are allowed.

Children are allowed, but Aqua Class rooms are for two people only, so not a lot of children are at Blu (since people can't get 3rd and 4th passenger rate for children in Aqua Class).
