No one web site per se. Go to NCL's site and pretend to do a booking. After you put in the cabin categor it will show you cabins that are available. However, it is not the entire list. If you want a particular cabin you can enter the cabin number and it will tell you if it is available.

Some have reported that the site will only show 10 available cabins at a time and I do not know if this is true, but reliable CM members have reported it.

 

If you really need to know, call a TA as their booking engine should give you a more accurate picture.
