Urgent help - need someone local who is in spain

Please can anyone help.

 

I need to know how to get to a hospital in Vigo Spain urgently. I will fly from UK & its been suggested Barcelona or Madrid as main airport then internal from there to Vigo. Is this right?

hi, ryanair fly from stanstead to santiago de compostela which is very near vigo. look on their website. i just saw it. hope this helps

YOu can use a site like skyscanner.net to find flights to Vigo

I cannot tell from where you will be starting out.

There are flights from the USA Philadelphia to Vigo etc.

There are flights from the UK also.

Thank you! My airport would be any London one but I cant see that they fly to Vigo even using Skyscanner. :confused:

Perfect thank you - I just saw that too. It appears Santiago de Compostela is about an hour from Vigo and I dont read any Spanish so dont know how to get from the airport to the hospital. I can look into Ryanair and then hopefully somebody will be kind enough to help me with the next part

RyanAir usually has buses that meet its planes to take folks into the nearby town. I'd go to Trip Advisor on their Spain/Vigo forum and ask.

Good idea thank you - hadn't thought of TA. Never flown Ryanair so wasn't aware they did this-excellent.
