Dangriga?

We are going to have a private driver for the day and one of the places we are considering going for the day is Dangriga. Anyone been there and have some advice as to what to do?

If you're talking about the coastal town (used ot be Stann's Creek), never been there but it's a pretty long drive, by Belizean standards; close to 100 miles. Roads are decent but not the best. Traffic can be slow. Would be pretty expensive via a hired driver. It wouldn't be a push to say 5 hours+ RT, Add to that last tenders are an hour before ship departure time and if you're not on the first couple of tenders off the ship, it'll be anothe hour after arrival before you're at the tender pier. Doesn't leave you with much time to really do anything.
