Extra cabin key

I know they use key cards and I am wondering if it is possible to get another key. DH and DS will be in another cabin but I would like to have a key to it as well. Is it possible?

I would imagine it's possible. We recently stayed at WDW with family in two suites, and all of our cardkeys were programmed to open both doors. I believe the ships use the same technology as the resorts; at least, the cards and door locks appear to be identical.

At least on Carnival and Princess we never had a problem getting extra keys to all the other rooms booked togather.

Just go to Guest Services after boarding and they'll issue you another key for the other room. DCL does not code keys to open more than one room, so you'll have to get another one issued.
