Petrochelli Posted September 14, 2010 #1 Share Posted September 14, 2010 Hi, My wife and I are on the Aurora next month and when we dock in Port Canaveral she would like to do the Disney Magic Kingdom tour. Could anyone tell us if at £100 each what do you get for your money???? would appreciate any info from anyone who has been on this tour. Cheers Petrochelli.:):)
tartanexile81 Posted September 14, 2010 #2 Share Posted September 14, 2010 Sorry not really an answer to your question but we're visiting Port Canaveral next year with P&O and we have found the ports of call forum better for getting information about possible excursions in the US/ Caribbean ports. englishgal Posted September 15, 2010 #4 Share Posted September 15, 2010 Disney World is quite a ride from the port, so it does not sound too bad a price, so long as it includes the entrance fee! Once inside the park, you will only have to pay for food and drink. The entrance fee includes all rides and shows.
Petrochelli Posted September 15, 2010 Author #5 Share Posted September 15, 2010 Thanks for all the info so far your comments and thoughts are greatly appreciated:):) One more question are the queues at Disney time consuming??? Thanks for taking the time to reply Cheers Petrochelli.:D
LEESRE Posted September 16, 2010 #6 Share Posted September 16, 2010 If you do go to Disney then you can get Fast Passes at some of the rides. This means that you put your ticket into the machine at the ride you wish and it gives you a time to return tpo the ride and you jump the queue. I think you can do two at a time but not sure. Other rides dependant on the time you are there are not too bad. Rex
Petrochelli Posted September 22, 2010 Author #7 Share Posted September 22, 2010 Hi Rex, Thanks for taking the time to post that info, had heard about the queue jumping bit that certainly appeals to me. The other half is getting a bit excited about the Disney tour (2nd childhood) I'm more interested in the Millionaire Miami tour in Port Everglades just to see how the other half lives.
