can you plug up a device to the TV in Solstice cabins?

Hi. A couple of questions:

1. Has anyone tried to plug an ipad, dvd player to the TV in the cabins through the aux port? I know hotels usually prevent you from doing this. We may want to use vacation to catch up on some tv shows (or watch a movie).
   
2. Are there pay per view movies available? If so, how much and what is the selection like?

HDMI & other inputs are disabled, there are a ton of free movies, it runs on an apple tv platform, so you can start one, pause it, and continue next day. We just watched our dvd's on our laptop.
