Crown Princess Dietary Coordinator

Does anyone know who the Crown dietary coordinator is? I had faxed a gluten free request for DH for our cruise in December, but yet to have receive an email confirming, which is weird because I have received the emails reather quickly in the past.

I don't think they have such a person. Your best bet is to see the Maitre De your first day and let him know your dietary needs. He will work something out.

You can indiciate on your cruise personalizer your diet and when you get to the dinning room tell the Maitre D. I was on the Diamond in August and every evening the Maitre D would go over the menu for the following evening with me. It did not matter which dinning room you used. Your selections would be put in the computer. It worked very well for me.

We did put it in our CP and faxed the request. But , in the past we have.also received an email confirmation of the request fairly quickly. We will definitely meet with the maitre d when we get aboard.
