Upsell call

I'm new to this and I know nothing about the "upgrade fairy?" So when/if they call, do they leave a message for you to call them back or is this a one time call and if you don't answer you are out of luck?

Upsell not to be confused with the wonderful upgrade fairy (was it murder she wrote?) .. calls if there are unsold cabins and they start making offers to move people up. The offers used to be great, now they are nothing to get upset about if you miss them. They will leave a phone message or email you so you can email them back.

 

Dont get your hopes up that its going to be a great offer.
