I am planning a cruise to Bermuda on the Veendam and want to figure out which side of the ship has the best views while in port. Any suugestions will be appreciated.:)

When we sailed the starboard side was facing Front St in Hamilton. In St George you tender so neither side is actually facing the port. Enjoy the cruise.

We just got back from Veendam... I'd say either side in Hamilton depending on what you want to look at. Port side faces water and beautiful houses across the water... quiet and calm. Starboard side faces Front Street (as noted)... fun to watch the action and scope out shops from a distance, but can be noisy. "Cairo" is a disco across the street that's open until 3 AM. If you are a light sleeper, that might bother you. We were on the starboard side and generally enjoyed it.
