If I selected to pay my On Board Account with Cash, can I pay with CC when settling?

I have set up our on board account saying we would pay with cash because I didn't want Royal to charge me in CAD with their conversion since I had read so much about them doing that even though people selected to charge in USD.

 

Will I have any trouble settling my account with my Mastercard at the end of the cruise?

I would give them my MC when I board to set up the account. If the exchange rate isnt to your liking, then pay it down in cash at the purser's desk... if you give them the MC to set up the account it leaves you with more options.
