Solstice question

Other than room service, is there a place on the Solstice for an early cup/container of coffee? On RCI Voyager class there is a coffee urn in a cafe going at 5:30 AM. We're spoiled by an early container of coffee and a stroll around the deck.

Also, does Celebrity let you carry off your luggage for a quicker debark?

We have sailed RCI many times and now considering a switch to the Solstice. Any comments?

Thanks, John

You can carry your own luggage off and do early debarkation. I am not 100% about early morning coffee, but I think the buffet area might have a 24 hour coffee station open. Not the best coffee though. Aside from the coffe, Solstice Class ships are truly amazing - great choice for a cruise!

I know you can do the self-disembarkation and be the first ones off the ship. You have to be able and willing to handle your own luggage. It is the only way to go IMHO.

Not sure on the coffee, we are not coffee drinkers. The Solstice is a wonderful ship, we very much enjoyed our cruise on her in 2009.

Yes, Solstice does have coffee in the buffet area very early in the morning.

As for self disembarking, you can do it, but you get no help and Solstice uses the terminal for Oasis of the Seas, which is huge, and sometimes they make you do the stairs instead of the escalator, so that's tough. Also, only those in wheelchairs, scooters and using walkers can use the one elevator. They don't allow the self disembarkers to use the elevator.
