Best towncar/limo from MIA to W Ft. Lauderdale? And Port Everglades to Mandarin Miami

My girlfriend and I will be on the Solstice 10/10/10 sailng. We arrive around 8PM on the 9th in to Miami and are looking for a towncar/limo to the W hotel in Fort Lauderdale. Any suggestions?

 

Also, on the 17th we'll be looking for transport from the cruise port to the Mandarin Oriental in Miami so if the same company can provide both that'd be a great plus!
