Mariner Number Help

I'm having a few problems with our Mariner numbers, and our travel agent having different numbers recorded to me.

 

Is there a function on the HAL website where I can enter the actual number and get the cruise history details?

I know there is the number look up function, but that isn't working for me - I actually have the numbers and wish to enter them.

This happened to me last week. Just call HAL and tell them the problem (that's what I did). You will be connected to the Mariner Dept. and they will "connect" ALL the numbers and by the next day all the wrong ones will be gone and just the right one will remain.:)

You can call the Mariner Society at 1-800-547-9139.

Good advice above.... You can also send them a message from HAL's Mariner Status web page where you will see:

 

"Questions about your cruise history? Please contact the "Mariner Society"

 

I clicked on the embedded link at their page & got a reply the next day that I had what turned out to be multiple numbers which they immediately consolidated under the only number I had a record of.

Thanks, I did think of emailing them. I just wondered if there was a section on the website I had missed, where one could enter their mariner number and retreive the details online.
