On the HAL site, you can go to "manage my cruise" where you can display your itinerary. That gives specific information for what you booked day-by-day. However, you should immediately talk to HAL or your TA and get that invoice. By now, ALL the information should be on it. Bon Voyage!

We, too, are looking forward to this cruise (as well as the one right after). Sorry, you can't enjoy the whole 14 days. With Norway on the bucket list, longer is definitely better but until retirement, we couldn't get enough days off either. Did you join the roll call yet??

Our thinking as well. We like the 2023 offerings but already have cruises booked so looking for 2024 and watching every day to get the best cabin.🙂

For coffee in the morning (or similar) we tip $2. If we have a full meal delivered, it will be $5. Yes, I know it is not required but we are grateful for good service when we get it, at home or on a ship. And, after our first breakfast order arrives exactly at 7am (and we tip the crew member) it seems we get the same crew member right on time every day following.

But, if you have a POSITIVE test result (real or false positive) don't you, then, have to quarantine in Vancouver??

Something to keep in mind: According to my HAL PCC, if you pay with HAL gift cards and you cancel, you will get any refund back on HAL gift cards. Safe Travels!

We have done this more than once but we upgrade to the "Club" floor which includes evening happy hour drinks with hot and cold hors d'oeuvres. This is all we need at the end of our travel day. If I remember correctly, in the morning the "Club" has what I'd call a deluxe continental breakfast: coffee/teas juices, eggs, (hard boiled or scrambled), bacon and sausage, bagels, toast (golly, that's enough). The use of the word "assistance" for luggage is an understatement. You just leave your check bags (with HAL tags on them) in your room when you check out (or head to breakfast). You won't see them again until you enter your cabin on the ship. Do make sure you have all your documents and whatever else you need for boarding in the bag you carry with you. You WILL feel quite spoiled. Safe travels!

This is a huge concern, not only for those searching for a way to test, but even more so for someone who might get the test done and have a positive result whether it is real or a false positive. This could ruin your entire vacation. Though we are booked out of Vancouver, I will now be looking for a Seattle departure as it is not too late for us.
