Are you flying in a day early? If so, rent a car and go to the rain forest. It is awesome. Serenade is a gorgeous ship. For the most part, you can do your own thing.

 

In Aruba, we did the Sub Submarine tour and that was pretty good. In STT, I would just do your own thing, either shop or beach it.

 

In Dominica, grab and cab and go to Trafaglar falls and if you like to snorke, go to Champagne beach.

We will be on that same cruise. We are snorkeling in Curacao, tour with Reyno in Dominica, Aruba, beaching it because we owned timeshare there a few years ago and have already been all over the island. And staying on the ship in St. T. We have been there quite a fews times or may just hit Secret Harbour beach.
