cruiseluvva Posted September 28, 2010 #2 Share Posted September 28, 2010 You will be awarded some OBC if you book on board and can either choose to book with P&O or can assign your booking to the TA you are currently booked with.
BrianI Posted September 28, 2010 #3 Share Posted September 28, 2010 If you are undecided as to which cruise you want to book whilst on board, P&O have introduced a Future Cruise Downpayment scheme. You make a payment of £200 per person whilst on board for which you receive a certificate. You can use this as a deposit for any cruise you book in the next 12 months, which can be booked direct with P&O or through any travel agent, and you can top up the deposit if necessary. The benefits are that you receive additional on board credit depending on the cruise duration as follows 2-7 nights £25 per person 8-14 nights £50 15-21 nights £75 22+ nights £100 The on board credit is additional to any other credit offered at the time of booking. Note that the time limit is based on booking your cruise, the actual date of your cruise can be outside the 12 month period. Payment of the £200 has to be made on board with a credit or debit card. There is no extra charge for a credit card. You can buy as many £200 deposits you like if you do lots of cruises. The deposit is personal to the persons named on it so its not transferable, although you can make a payment on behalf of someone who is not on the ship.
