Acapulco

If you are more of a beach person, you might want to take a taxi over to the beach near the Fiesta Americana hotel. It's quite gay and cruisy there. There used to be a bar/restaurant called Beto's where you could sit underneath a palapa, a thatched roof, watch the surf and the crowd, and generally have a good time.

the couple of times I've been to Acapulco - I first hired a driver & toured & then had lunch up at Las Brisas -the last time I went to the Acapulco Princess for the day.

The taxi drivers at the pier are extremely overpriced & a pain in the you know what...be careful of the kids......& your pockets.

Best part of Acapulco is sailing out!
