Thank you for your detailed description. I had also asked what B & B was on another thread and never received a reply. As I do not like bread pudding I won't be ordering it. I am curious about the Creme Brulee though. My fall back will always be WCMC, yum, yum.

 

Someone asked about the room service menu, no they don't offer the same desserts as the MDR. But the chocolate cake from room service is divine!

 

Aw, types of bread pudding can be as different from each other in taste & texture as different types of cake. The bread pudding I make that is topped with fresh peaches is more like a tarte tatin than the raisin filled soggy yuckiness that some bread pudding is. I would never think of the bitter and blanc as a bread pudding, even though it has brioche in it. Try it! If it bombs, you don't have to eat it & I will bet your waiter will be happy to get something else for you. :)
