March sailing on Ruby -- Can I do both?

If we are docking at Crown Point(have not seen it for myself, but that's what CC are telling me) and we are taking an excursion that has us scheduled to be back at the ship at 1:30 will I have time to shop? It doesn't sound like there is much around the dock and I don't think I will have time to go far (the ship departs at 4:00). Any suggestions? The excursion is through princess. Do they drop you off for a quick shop. Thanks ;)

If the excursion goes through town on the return leg you can ask to be let off and then take a taxi back to the ship. We did that last time.
